What types of Roses do you offer?
We offer two types of Roses:
Fresh Roses
Our Fresh Roses from Ecuador which have a lifespan of 1-2 weeks.
Eternity Roses
Our Eternity collection roses which are 100% real Ecuadorian roses preserved to last from 1-2 years when well cared for. They are treated and undergo a pigmentation process in order to sustain a long lasting lifespan while maintaining their natural presentation.
Can I design my own arrangement?
Yes! We have an extensive color palette of roses for you to choose from, as well as a variety of different patterns and designs that they can be arranged in. Our team will help you create your own ideal and impeccable arrangement.

What kind of maintenance do the flowers need?
Very little! Unlike normal roses which may require constant watering, a change of vases, and grooming of loose, wilted petals, our roses maintain their freshness simply as arranged. All our signature Roseboxes require zero maintenance. They are placed in a floral foam pre-treated with water and floral food.For longest lasting results, situate out of direct sunlight.
What is your return / cancellation policy?
At The Modern Rose we strive to give the best service in customer care. Cancellations are accepted up to 2 days prior to shipping date. Same day and/or Rush service orders cannot be cancelled.
Can I schedule a delivery to a specific time and date?
Yes you can!, You can choose the exact date you wish for your arrangement to be delivered during the ordering process. Orders within GTA, parts of Vaughan, Peel and Durham regions are even handled by our trusted courier service.
The specific time of delivery is highly dependent on the courier and what the most optimal route for an area might be. As such, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time but can give a delivery window. We highly recommend a receiver is present to accept deliveries, otherwise deliveries are left outside residences/businesses.

We guarantee that you will receive your arrangement as shown on our website. Please do understand that roses can look different due to lighting and country of origin. We try our best to keep the roses as close to the product photos as possible.
